Liv Real Estate, a passionate luxury real estate company, is seeking a Luxury Advisor to join our team. The mission is to passionately lead the real estate market in Playa Blanca, Zihuatanejo, offering clients ethical advice and supporting them in decisions that transform their lives. You will be the face of the services and experiences provided to guests, delivering exceptional service to ensure memorable stays. You will have extensive knowledge of the villas, local attractions, and the surrounding area to help guests fully enjoy their experience.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Care and Experience: Contact and meet with potential clients through various channels, understanding their real estate needs and providing high-level personalized service. Offer detailed information about the market and present properties that fit their preferences and budget.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of potential clients, documenting interactions and tracking their progress.
  • Property Tours: Organize and conduct personalized property tours for interested clients, ensuring a unique and memorable experience tailored to their inquiries.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring favorable terms for both parties, and advise clients on pricing strategies and market conditions.
  • Market Analysis: Provide comparative market analyses to help clients make informed pricing decisions, staying updated on local market trends and values.
  • Transaction Coordination: Facilitate the entire real estate transaction process, from the offer to legal aspects, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
  • Documentation and Procedures: Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about the progress of their transactions, responding quickly and effectively to their inquiries and providing updates as necessary.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during a real estate transaction, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Financial Guidance: Assist clients in understanding the financial aspects of their transactions, such as mortgage options and financing details, providing support throughout the process.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Reside in Zihuatanejo.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or a similar role involving the creation of exceptional client experiences is valued.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
