I have been coming to Troncones for 30 years. I have stayed at virtually every place up and down the beach at Manzanillo Bay. This is by far the absolute GEM!!! The pictures are amazing but being there in person is much better. 5 star + all the way. Everything is new and all have modern appliances and amenities. The beds are super comfy, the style and design is top notch and very cool. Sunset heaven! I could go on and on but you just have to go there and experience it for yourself. The pictures give you a great idea of what you are getting. I will be back! Thanks!

This was our 3rd time to Zihua but first time at this location…….Couldn’t ask for a better experience from check in to check out. Location is amazing as both beaches are w/in walking distance. Condo was well appointed and did not disappoint…. Spectacular views from room and rooftop pool area was stunning . We will be back soon for another stay in this location. also, Our host Lucy was prompt and easy to communicate with, so thank you for making that simple for us.

This condo is exactly like the pictures show. It has an amazing view, is beautifully furnished with an equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed, and is situated right between the two main beaches with easy access to both. The service by the staff was excellent. Looking forward to a time when we can come back.

This place was absolute bliss! Perfect for a single solo Goddess Traveler who needed an escape. It was clean, serene, and uplifting to wake up to waves, a view of gorgeous Madera Beach, the peace of being up and away from the buzz, but the proximity to do it all and more. I will definitely be back! The rooftop pool with the city lights of Zihua?! cherry on the top of an outstanding trip.

I had a wonderful experience at Punta Majahua. We can't say enough about the location and friendly locals in Tronconnes and Majahua. The condo was clean, safe and very comfortable. The pools were outstanding and the close access to beach walking and restaurants is a big bonus. We will be back!

We have stayed at Punta Majahua on 2 other occasions. This complex never fails to deliver on quality. Everything that the website says about the property is right on and more. Ideal location. Close to the water and quality restaurants. Staff and the people who live here are extremely friendly. Lupita is exceptionally friendly and available for any of your needs either for booking reservations for restaurants or to book a fishing trip. We will return.

We stayed two nights at Punta Majahua while on a longer stay elsewhere in Troncones Beach. From the point of booking to arrival and throughout our stay Sophia, Lupita and the staff were fantastic - professional, friendly, hospitable. Our suite was immaculate, with incredible ocean front views, dipping pool, large outdoor patio, comfy bed, and nice kitchen, including coffee! The common areas - pool, gym and shared sitting spaces were beautifully designed and maintained. A variety of great options for meals within walking distance. We will be back next year, as this is a very special place🙂

This place was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, sitting right between Playa la Madera and Playa la Ropa. The view looking over Playa la Madera was perfect this time of year, as we were able to see sunsets from the balcony every night. The unit itself was extremely comfortable - everything from the bed to the amenities made us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make small meals or prep light snacks (although there were so many great restaurants that we never cooked in the condo). Gorgeous and spacious condo with a breathtaking view. Plenty of space to hangout and take in the view of the bay. You can retract the glass wall and relax in the lovely breezes and sound of the waves. Perfectly located in easy walking distance to town or go a few minutes the other direction to pretty La Ropa beach. Lucy is a gracious and thoughtful hostess and responded quickly to any of my requests. I can't recommend highly enough.

The photos don't do this place justice. Everything was simply perfect! You are super close what to Zihuatanejo and also a short walk to Playa La Ropa. The pool area was never busy and we usually had the whole place to ourselves. Check in was super easy with the help of the property manager Lucy, who also sent us tons of recommendations and responded very quickly to us if we needed anything. Lucy was also able to get our covid tests set up and even got a nurse to come to the condo, which was a big help and made things super easy for us. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Kau Kan villas. The location is perfect and the view is simply stunning. Lucy is a gem and could not have been more helpful and informative.

We stayed at the KauKan condos for 4 nights before moving to a hotel for the remaining 4 nights. Our only regret was not staying here longer! The building and units are beautiful and well kept. It had everything we needed to cook all meals- pots, pans, utensils, blenders, juicer, espresso machine (with beans!) everything you could need. Outside of the kitchen, the host provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer laundry detergent, softener, etc. The washer/dryer was a huge plus for us for as long as we stayed in Zihua. Enjoyed our stay at Playa Madera. Lucy was an excellent host. Communicated promptly and accurately in order to make our stay seamless and relaxing. Condo is centrally located within walking distance of all restaurants both on beach and in downtown Zihuatanejo.
